We provide workshops and individual coaching to support your financial stability and plan for long term self-sufficiency.


HomeownershipSF, in partnership with its HUD approved member agencies and other community partners, coordinates and facilitates educational workshops with panels of professionals that offer guidance in sustaining homeownership and guidance in avoiding foreclosure. Workshops are presented by expert community partners such as financial coaches, attorneys, lenders, and the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development.

What you need to know about HOAs. What to expect, benefits, responsibilities, dues, and assessments. Learn about your rights as members of an HOA and connect with free legal resources. Special presentations from the Housing and Economic Rights Advocates (HERA) and the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD).

Personal counseling services to address any financial and homeowner related matters. Services are provided through our member agencies to help homeowners know their options and take action, while stressing the importance of avoiding potential scam artists.
