Learn about renting versus buying, homeowner responsibilities, selecting lenders, realtors and brokers, pre-approval vs. pre-qualification, escrow and closing. In addition, discover local programs that are available to assist first-time homebuyers and what criteria must be met to qualify.

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable after 12:00 pm on Friday before the workshop. Please arrive on time. Attendees who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will not receive credit for attending. No exceptions.

We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children, Inc. and are certified by HUD to provide comprehensive housing counseling services.
