These workshops are approved by the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and offer a certificate in homebuyer education. Founded 37 years ago, Asian, Inc. aims to empower the Asian American community and other underserved communities to achieve social equality by reducing dependency and creating and expanding access to opportunities in the areas of business development, housing and education in Northern California. Asian, Inc. is a nonprofit technical assistance and research organization and a HUD-approved local housing counseling agency. Asian, Inc.’s multilingual counseling services include First Time Homebuyers Assistance and Certification, and Foreclosure Education and Prevention.

With over 40 years of community advocacy, Asian Inc is a non-profit organization with a proven history of success. Our agency’s foreclosure prevention programs offers in depth counseling to help clients avoid having their homes foreclosed. In addition to advocating with lenders on the client’s behalf, our counselors provide clients with in depth financial counseling, access to community resources, credit management tools, and a solid plan to extricate themselves from the foreclosure quagmire. Besides foreclosure prevention, Asian Inc also provides counseling assistance to first time home buyers.
