三藩市房屋資源中心(HomeownershipSF）是由全三藩市多個經驗豐富的非營利性房屋顧問公司合作組成，同時也可以作為一個有機會購買三藩市可負擔房屋的資源集中中心。目的是使首次購房者在線上更加容易瞭解購買房屋的程序。本中心綜合提供關於可負擔房屋資料, 合理的房屋貸款計劃，以及各類講座信息等高品質資訊。從而幫助三藩市多元化及弱勢社群購置房屋和保住自己的現有物業。

三藩市房屋資源中心（HomeownershipSF）是透過多個機構成員的協調網絡來幫助三藩市多元化及弱勢社群購置房屋和提高個人的房產擁有率。

我們的成員

三藩市房屋資源中心（HomeownershipSF）成立於2009年，成員包括五家當地非營利性房屋顧問公司：Asian, Inc美亞輔鄰社，Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of San Francisco，Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA), San Francisco Housing Development Corporation (SFHDC) 及 San Francisco Urban Community Housing Corporation (SF Urban)。所有成員都是資深的專業房屋顧問機構，并獲得三藩市市長住屋辦公室（MOH）的資格認可，可為購房者提供其辦公室要求的相關首次置業計劃講座。

我們的成就

到目前為止，三藩市房屋資源中心（HomeownershipSF）已經取得以下成果：

所提供的房屋購買教育及房屋顧問服務，在過去兩年中成功使購房者在三藩市的置業數量提高超過了五倍 -- 從 2006年的大約 80個到2008年的超過420個;
所提供房屋購買教育及房屋顧問服務，所參加的人數在過去三年中提高1.5倍 -- 從 2006年的2,400人到 2009年的3,600人；
在過去3年中，3倍提高了三藩市市長住屋辦公室所提供的購屋貸款援助和可負擔房屋項目使用率，並增加了多元化用戶使用該些項目;
依據各成員機構舉辦的各類型購屋教育講座時間表，和可負擔房屋資料所建立的資訊交流網站;
確定一個不少於6小時的購屋教育講座標準；加強各機構間合作關係並且統一在本地房屋資源顧問服務準則;
發表了一份基於本地消费者對置業的認知和偏好所收集的數據報告，此報告是依據2008年8月至2008年12月之間收取1,042位三藩市灣區租客的抽樣調查，以及來自焦點團體的46位租客所召開的研討會結果為基礎。

Staff Members

Christi Baker â€“ Director

Over the past three years, Christi Baker conceptualized and built HomeownershipSF. She currently serves as the organizationâ€™s director. After founding Chrysalis Consulting Group in 1999, Christi has served as the principal for the company, which facilitates community change by providing training, curriculum development, technical assistance and specialized research services to nonprofit organizations focusing on homeownership and asset building. Clients have included local community-based organizations and national nonprofit intermediaries. Christi has authored various publications, practitioner curricula and consumer training manuals related to single-family homeownership and asset building. Prior to consulting, she served as deputy director for San Diego Neighborhood Housing Services (now Community HousingWorks) and assisted coordinating NeighborWorksÂ® Americaâ€™s Campaign for Home Ownership. Christi has 16 years of experience in the homeownership and asset-building fields through her consulting practice and employment. She serves on the national advisory council for the NeighborWorksÂ® Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC) and was a faculty member of the NeighborWorksÂ® Training Institutes from 1996-2008. Christi holds a bachelorâ€™s degree from Cornell University in anthropology and archaeology.
