SF Urban CHC

SF Urban CHC was founded nearly five years ago as an outgrowth of a more than 50-year old family-owned mortgage, realty and property management company that originally helped minority households access mortgage loans. SF Urban CHC's mission is transform the approach to affordable housing by creating a direct link between families qualified to live in affordable units with available affordable units in San Francisco. Since its founding, SF Urban CHC has offered extensive homeownership counseling, financial education and homeownership education, primarily in the Western Addition.
